We keep our nomination process simple, fair, and rooted in our values of integrity, inclusion, and empowerment. Our goal is to ensure every woman has an equal opportunity to be seen and celebrated.
You are welcome to nominate yourself or nominate someone you admire. We believe every woman deserves the chance to be recognized - whether she steps forward herself or someone else chooses to lift her up.
We don’t require multiple submissions.
One thoughtful nomination per person is enough for full and equal consideration.
