Let’s talk about The Akashic Records first of all, before we dive into the second part of the question and reveal the magic there.  

So, what are the Akashic Records?

As an Akashic Records channel, intuitive, and healer, I understand them as being an ancient energetic realm connected to the 5th dimension (and above) that holds information on every single Soul’s deeds, action, thoughts, and feelings since that Soul’s creation. Usually depicted as a library, each book represents a Soul’s lifetime of wisdom, gifts, trauma, and karmic blocks.

They are an immensely powerful tool for personal growth, spiritual development, and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and the world and can be accessed in a variety of ways to activate positive breakthroughs and change.  The main tool you need to access your Akashic Records is your intention, followed by curiosity, self-trust, and belief.

They’re as old as the hills! 

The Akashic Records are NOT a new age concept, they are as old as the hills and are mentioned in many old scriptures around the world including the Bible.  They are also known as The Akash, The Book of Life, and The Book Of Souls. Akashic is a Sanskrit word and means ‘Ether, Sky or Atmosphere’, referring to the invisible realm they appear as. 

The Akashic Records are usually used to release the root cause of a repetitive karmic pattern, trauma, outdated agreements, conditioning, or a belief.  This can be mind-blowing especially when you can feel like you’re trapped in a pattern that has been repeating for years!

But that’s not all. The Akashic Records are also used to unlock dormant Soul gifts, and past-life wisdom, to gain guidance, and new perspectives and to influence your future. 

Edgar Casey, affectionately known as a pioneer of the Akashic Records, emerged as a prominent figure in popularising this mystical realm during the 1920s.
